Town Underwater!

Just got breaking news about the town that we will be teaching ESL in: parts of the town are flooded and some people are even trapped in their homes (on the 2nd floor) because the first floor is completely flooded! Just talked to the local friends there and they said the ch is not flooded cause it's on higher ground, however, the area around the school we will be teaching at was flooded. Fortunately, despite the physical damage, doesn't seem like anyone in town was hurt or injured. We may have a chance to do some disaster relief when we go, in addition to teaching English! :)
